Gold Sponsor / Event Sponsorship Request consists of a $1,000.00 donation. Sponsorship provides for youth programs and includes Full Advertising: fliers, social media, tickets, press release, event announcements, and lane advertising. It also includes 6 bowling tickets for two-hours of bowling. Sponsorships still welcomed...Yet does not include t-shirt advertising/t-shirts due to cut off date (February 9th).

Small Business Sponsorship of a $50.00 donation. Sponsorship with advertising materials you would like to include our event bags. Due by: February 22nd.

Gift Donors: Door Prizes/Gift Cards/Certificates/Baskets Valued: $25+, etc. (Please contact us).

Bowling for Fun : Adults $20/ Youth $15 (under 16 yrs.) 2 hours of bowling, and shoes rental. (Shirts only for those who pre-ordered by February 9th).

- Sponsorships & Gift Donors, please arrange for pick-up, if local to West Valley by Wedneday, February 22nd. Please call (877) 726-7608 Ext. 2 and leave a detailed message, or mail your sponsorship to: Trinity's Learning Resource Center, Inc. 12725 W. Indian School Rd., Suite E-101, Avondale, AZ 85392.

- Online: Be sure to complete form first, then return to make your donation via PayPal with a debit or credit card. All transactions will require a 3% fee, please be prepared to include this with your total.
